This policy explains how Matchday, operated by MatchDay Company, handles your data. MatchDay Company is based in Brazil. Questions: contact@trymatchday.com.
What we collect
- Account: your email address (via Supabase Auth) when you sign in.
- Tournament content: the names, teams, players, schedules, scores, and images you enter or upload.
- Payments: handled by Stripe. We store a Stripe customer/subscription reference and plan status — never your card details.
- Analytics: if you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics collects usage data (pages, device, approximate location). Declining means no analytics cookies are set. We also keep anonymous, aggregate usage counts (e.g. how often a page is opened) that contain no personal data.
Cookies
- Essential (always on): authentication/session and security cookies needed to run the Service.
- Analytics (opt-in): Google Analytics, loaded only after you accept. You can change your choice via “Cookie preferences” in the footer.
Sub-processors
We use Supabase (auth, database, storage), Fly.io (hosting), Stripe (payments), and Google Analytics (usage). Data may be processed outside your country under appropriate safeguards.
Why & how long
We process data to provide the Service, handle billing, and improve the product. We keep account and tournament data while your account is active or as required by law.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law (including Brazil’s LGPD and, where relevant, the GDPR), you may request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of your data, and withdraw analytics consent at any time. To exercise these, email contact@trymatchday.com.
Children
The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or your local age).
